At Ramdev EP Services, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality electrical and plumbing services. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or service rework may be provided.
1. Service Nature
Our services include electrical and plumbing repair, installation, and maintenance.
Since these are labor-based services, refunds are handled differently from product-based businesses.
2. No Refund After Service Completion
- Once a service has been completed, refunds will not be issued.
- Charges for labor, visiting, and inspection are non-refundable after the work is done.
3. Advance Payment Policy
- Any advance payment made to confirm a booking is non-refundable.
- Advance is adjusted toward the final bill for the service provided.
4. Cancellation Policy
Before Technician Arrival
- If the customer cancels before the technician starts traveling, a full refund of the advance (if applicable) may be considered.
After Technician Dispatch
- If the customer cancels after the technician has been dispatched, a visiting/inspection charge will be deducted from the advance.
5. Rework & Service Warranty
We offer limited warranties on certain services repaired or installed by Ramdev EP Services.
Rework will be provided free of charge if:
- The issue reoccurs within the warranty period.
- The problem is directly related to the work we performed.
Rework will not be covered if:
- The issue is caused by misuse, tampering, or third-party repair
- External causes like water damage, power surge, or faulty existing wiring/pipes
- Materials provided by the customer fail due to quality issues
6. Material Purchases
- Materials purchased through us are non-returnable once installed.
- If customers choose their own materials, Ramdev EP Services is not responsible for defects or failures.
7. Refund Process (If Applicable)
In rare eligible cases, refunds (if approved) will be:
- Processed within 5–7 business days
- Issued via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, etc.)
