- Appointment time may change due to traffic, workload, or emergencies.
- We will notify customers of any delays whenever possible.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices may vary depending on service type, materials required, and onsite inspection.
- Additional charges may apply for emergency services, materials, or extra labor.
- Payment must be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or any method accepted by our company.
- Advance payments (if any) are non-refundable once the work is started.
5. Warranty & Guarantee
- We provide service warranties only for work completed by Ramdev EP Services.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party repair, or external factors (power surge, leakage, etc.).
- Materials purchased independently by customers are not covered under our warranty.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate service details and correct address
- Ensuring safe access to the work location
- Informing us about any existing issues or hazards before service begins
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
- Last-minute cancellations may incur a visiting/inspection charge.
- Rescheduling is subject to technician availability.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Ramdev EP Services is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing issues, faulty wiring/piping, or customer instructions.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
